Clarification of the LDG Team maintenance and customization contract!
The contractor of this service must keep in mind that the maintenance and services provided depend on the developer's availability in accordance with the company's service policy.
The contract for these services will only be valid upon the first payment. It is essential to remind the contractor that this contract will be valid for 90 days.
In case of cancellation or request for refunds, the contractor is aware that after contracting these services and starting maintenance, the contractor will not be reimbursed in any way according to our purchasing criteria.
The contractor of this service may request maintenance whenever necessary through their customer area in our community and/or our sales website.
After making the first payment, the contractor will have a new position/title assigned to their name in our community.
The contractor of this service will also have full access to the exclusive services developed by LDG-Team
Payments
The contractor must make the first payment to release the resources and contract the service, thus having full right to impose itself and request corrective maintenance for its project.
Maintenance also included [Release updates] before significant deadlines and dates.
Payment amounts:
Maintenance services: 199 USD / Renewal: 39.99 USD / Month
The contractor may choose how the payments will be made; payment must be made before the contract comes into effect.
After payment, the contractor will receive all the next management instructions for maintenance requests, updates, changes and possible additions of customizations.
